30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items returned without prior return authorization.

Damaged Items & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gaseous products

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item (following the return process above) and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days without providing a reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
